Winter fare

My boys like to cook. That’s one husband and one son.


Andy (husband) particularly likes the more unusual cuts of meat. This is rabbit. It was delicious. Very rich but simple hearty fare.

Whenever my mum used to serve up something like this we’d go “oh no not casserole” like it was a dirty word! But how good does it look. Some gorgeous old plates. A sprinkling of rocket. Some good dunking bread and lashings of red wine.
