I’ve been going to Floriditas since it opened. I’m not exactly sure when that was. Early to mid 2000s? It remains a firm favourite.
I love the decor; the oak, the crisp white subway tiles, the tall ceiling, the comfortable elegance. There’s always some kind of pasta on the menu. With a glass of Pinot Gris it’s my favourite indulgent lunch. Usually taken alone and savoured in peace.
It’s also great for brunch. And they have all kinds of dainty sweet treats too. Their caramel brownie slice is a winner.
